PAYMENT TERMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>2.1 ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Payment shall be made in full with the order in which the invoice is raised, unless special settlement terms have been agreed by us in writing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.2 NON ACCOUNT<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"color: #999999;\">Delivery<\/span>:<\/b>\u00a0Free delivery for Ahmedabad city only.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.3 DISCOUNT<\/strong><br \/>\nAny discount offered on the understanding that accounts are paid by the due date if any. We reserve the right to invoice any such discounts to accounts which become overdue.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.4 GST<\/strong><br \/>\nPrinted items become subject to GST, dependent on the contents of the artwork. OVERDUE ACCOUNTS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>3.1<\/strong> No goods will be delivered on accounts which remain unpaid 14 days after payment is due. CLAIMS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>10.1<\/strong> Claims arising from damages, delay or partial loss in transport must be made in writing to us, so as to reach us within 5 days of delivery.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.2<\/strong> All claims with regard to the quality or quantity of the goods shall be made in writing to us so as to reach us within 5 working days of receipt of goods or such goods shall be deemed to comply as to quality and quantity within the terms of the contract.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.3<\/strong> You must examine all goods delivered at the time of delivery. ARTWORK AND PRINTING<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>13.1<\/strong> All artwork is printed using CMYK unless otherwise requested by the customer. Such a request will incur an additional fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.2<\/strong> All design charges must be paid upfront.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.3<\/strong> Once your design project is initiated and any preliminary artwork has been created by Printingo, all retainer payments made by you become non-refundable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>13.4<\/strong> Once you have placed your order, you have 1 hour to make changes to the artwork you have supplied, after this time you will become liable to charges if you need to amend or supply new artwork.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\n<style>\n#col-238419897 > .col-inner {\n  padding: 0px 0px 0px 0px;\n}\n<\/style>\n\t<\/div>\n\n\t\n\n\t<div id=\"col-1257469121\" class=\"col small-12 large-12\"  >\n\t\t<div class=\"col-inner\"  >\n\t\t\t\n\t<div class=\"is-border is-dashed\"\n\t\tstyle=\"border-width:0px 0px 3px 0px;\">\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\n<p><strong>14. PROOFS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>14.1<\/strong> If we have not been given printing approval after 14 days a 5% charge of the total value of the original order will be made plus Rs.500 administration fee.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.2<\/strong> Please note that the colour of the printed item will be affected by the type of material chosen for the artwork to be printed on, as well as any applied Lamination or Varnish.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.3<\/strong> Please read thoroughly as all proofs, once passed, are deemed correct and ready to go to print, and the responsibility passes to the customer.<br \/>\nYou will need to view all PDF proofs at 100% to see the exact size of your product when printed. We will not be held responsible for any mistakes, viewing, spelling, punctuation, contact details or layout.<\/p>\n<p><strong>14.4<\/strong> Proofs are NOT supplied as standard.
